somewhat important female health question?

ok. so about a year & a half ago i had a cyst rupture on my ovary & a tumor there as well. they removed the cyst, tumor & an ovary & fallopian tube but because of the ruptured cyst, it left behind a bunch of fluid & there were some cancerous cells there. an oncologist did a check up every month for a year & each time everything was normal. so after that i didn’t go back & haven’t been back in about a year, even though i was supposed to. well i currently don’t have health insurance (i did at the time, that’s one reason i haven’t gone back). & i was contemplating going to planned parenthood for an exam & possibly birth control because they are income-based. SO my questions are:

1. can planned parenthood do that kind of check-up? to make sure i don’t have, or develop, cancer? or will i have to go to a professional? i would like to avoid the higher cost doctors haha.

2. can that type of health issue also cause chest pain? i’ve been having some pains every now & then & a lot of it could be stress/anxiety, plus i’m a smoker. so they may have nothing to do with each other. but i just thought i would throw that in there.

any answers are appreciated & please answer seriously. if you don’t know, then don’t tell me “i don’t know”. & don’t be rude either.

I was just declined health insurance by Blue Cross?

They denied me because I have congenital hypothyroidism, have had treatment for ADD (which I don’t even try to treat anymore), and was diagnosed with EXERCISE INDUCED asthma at one point (I specified the type of asthma, and I don’t even think I actually have it and that it was a misdiagnosis).

I’m so appalled because I’ve been insured all of my life. I don’t have cancer. I have hypothyroidism which is SO easy to treat and pretty cheap (it’s like 20 bucks a month tops WITHOUT insurance for the medication, so I’d be paying for that out of pocket anyway).

I’m really on the verge of tears because of this, and I feel so offended. I’m really hesitant about Kaiser because I don’t want to be forced to go to their locations for treatment and medication, but I feel like I may not have a choice, though I don’t know if they will accept me either.

This is so offensive and horrible. I don’t know what to do.

I am still not sure if i should go with HSA or non-HSA option, then if it’s HSA, if choose regular plan (that covers all after deductible) or Saver option (doesn’t cover doctor’s visits or meds and other outpatient services after deductible). Can someone answer my health insurance question?

I’ve been living with my boyfriend for 4 years, were planing on getting married, but maybe not until next year. He can get insurance through work, but hes not sure if he wants theres. I’m not currently working so i need to find some affordable insurance, I’ve been having some female problems that i need to discus with a doctor, but the doctor we’ve been going to charges $75 just for the visit.. and i don’t wanna know how much tests and stuff would cost and well i don’t really like him much. But anyway. i need some advice about finding insurance.. . Idon’tt really know how to go about starting to look. i mean loodon’t online theres like a million websites about it and its impossible to tell whats real and whats crap, i dont know what to look for, or how much to expect to spend? Any advice would really be helpful.
