Is there really such a thing as free/low cost health care for a SINGLE person in New Jersey?

sara - asked:

All the low cost of free health care seems to be for people with children or families. Is there any thing out there for a 25 year old female? Single. Im currenlty unemployed and need health insurance. Please guide me.
